Q1: Are you a trading company or a direct manufacturer?

We are a professional source manufacturer specializing in paper packaging with our own factory located in Qingdao, China. With over 10 years of experience and a production area of 2,000 square meters, we provide end-to-end solutions from design to final shipment.

Q2: Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely. We welcome customers to visit our facility in Qingdao. Please contact our sales team to schedule a visit or a video factory tour if you are unable to travel.

II. Customization & Technical Specs

Q3: What types of materials and fluting do you offer for corrugated boxes?

We offer a wide range of materials including Kraft paper, white paperboard, and specialty art paper. Depending on your strength and aesthetic requirements, we provide various fluting options such as E-flute (for retail and gift boxes) and B-flute (for shipping and heavy-duty storage).

Q4: Can you help with the structural design and artwork?

Yes. Our technical team can help optimize your box structure for better protection and cost-efficiency. We also provide dieline templates for your designers to place the artwork correctly.

Q5: Are your food packaging materials safe and sustainable?

Yes, food safety is our priority. We use food-grade cardboard and oil-resistant coatings for products like pizza and donut boxes. We also offer FSC-certified materials and 100% recyclable paper options to meet global sustainability standards.

III. Samples & Ordering

Q6: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

To provide the most competitive wholesale pricing, our standard MOQ usually starts from 500 to 3,000 pieces depending on the product type and customization requirements. Small trial orders are also negotiable for new projects.

Q7: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer two types of samples:

1. Stock Samples: Free of charge (you only pay for shipping) to check material quality.

2. Custom Samples: Tailored to your specific design and dimensions. A sample fee applies but is usually refundable against the final bulk order.

Q8: What is the lead time for production?

Typically, production takes 15-20 working days after the sample is approved and the deposit is received. This may vary based on order volume and the complexity of the box structure.

IV. Shipping & Logistics

Q9: Which shipping terms do you support? 

We support all international trade terms (Incoterms 2020), including EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP. If you do not have your own freight forwarder, we are happy to assist you in finding a reliable third-party shipping partner to deliver your goods.

To ensure the best value for our clients, we provide these freight forwarding services with total transparency—we do not add any markup or take a commission on shipping costs. The freight quote you receive is the direct, original price provided by the third-party carrier.

Q10: How do you optimize shipping costs for large orders?

Packaging is often "shipping air." We design our products to be shipped flat whenever possible to maximize container space. We can provide detailed loading plans for 20GP and 40HQ containers to help you minimize freight costs per unit.
